When term gets stressful, and I find myself forgetting to take care of myself, I find My Fitness Pal really helpful because it provides raw logic about eating and exercise.
You can scan the barcodes of food you are eating, or type in the name of the recipe you have cooked (it has an immense database of foods and meals). It lets you track nutrition, calories and exercise (among other things). I use this to ensure that I am keeping my body healthy when I'm too stressed to remember to eat right and to exercise regularly (i.e. during reports).
