Hayley Higgs▸ Digital Technologies in Society (Task 2)

Being a mum myself and currently pregnant with my second child, the Mind the Bump app is a great resource for preparing emotionally for a baby to enter your world. I try to take moments throughout my day to regain focus and practice mindfulness. I also enjoy yoga and use the practice of meditation to reduce my anxiety and stress levels. This apps helps me and reminds me to keep doing these great things for my mind and my baby!
