The Headspace app includes a range of audio and video based guides that are designed to help people experiencing a range of difficulties to improve their coping mechanisms through relaxation, meditation and mindfulness.
There are specific exercises for those experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, poor sleep, anger, poor focus, lack of motivation and other commonly experienced emotional challenges. I've used it to improve my sleep and recommend it to others. I think that having an app that provides such easy access to this kind of assistance 24/7 is a great example of one way that digital technologies can have a positive impact on society. Check it out!
