PhysiApp is an app to help people remember how to do their exercises as part of a physical recovery program. The app contains specifically targeted exercises that are tailored to the client. The app has videos showing how the exercise should be done. The user is then prompted to rate their pain level after the exercise to provide feedback to their physiotherapist.

Reminders can be set so that an alert goes off on the device to remind the user to complete their exercises. I find this app particularly useful as I'm never quite sure if I'm completing an exercise correctly. I also like being reminded to complete my exercises as a busy schedule sometimes makes me forgetful.

This app helps patients manage their recovery in partnership with their physiotherapist so that home-based exercises are completed correctly and regularly thus speeding up recovery rates.
