Daily Activity – Making a Coffee
Making the morning Coffee could be replaced by a function as it is repetitive, regular and the same format each day. Simple steps could be created such as
1. Get cup
2.Fill kettle
3.Boil kettle
4.Add coffee to cup
This could be turned into a multiple step function which includes tests and if then statements to enhance its usability.

Your post makes me think that my whole morning routine to get to work/school is very similar each day and could be written up as a repetitive function – ground hog day.
