Debugging a game
I would begin the lesson by getting students to have a go at a simple game that I have coded on Scratch.
As a class, come up with a set of expected behaviours in the program. Record this on the board so students can refer to it when debugging.
Then I would get students to play a bugged version of the game. In pairs, students will debug it.
Coming back together as a class, students will share their debugging experience.
